Although it says the latest version improve support for TS files with Samsung (C Profile) TV's, I still cannot see them on my TV.

I have updated to 2.1.10 and I still have the same problem with all my TS files on my PC. When clicking on "Maintain my Library" They are seen and scanned by the software and also added in my library. But when I go in the folder, there are no thumbnails, I just see the files. Finally, I still don't see the TS files when I go to watch them on my Samsung TV (UN55C7000). Everything else is OK (All other music, photo and video files).

It's just too bad I can play these TS files with Nero Media Home (which I wanted to get rid of) but not with Mezzmo. Do you need anything for me to do in order to resolve this issue for good.

Can you send us the FFmpeg information for one of the TS files that does not play? To do this, in Mezzmo, right-click on the file and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Copy and paste it into an email and send it to support [at] conceiva [dot] com. If any of your TS files are reasonably small (<5MB) then email us one of them - or if they are larger then perhaps upload one of them to Megupload, Dropbox, etc. so we can test it ourselves.

Well, it appeared that their was a problem with the TS kind of file that was produced by my STB. I checked some other TS file produced from a different source and those are working! Very strange. I used the software Videoredo (which is pretty fast) to convert the problematic TS files in MPG and I can now see them! I'm sorry for the confusion. I guess the TS format used by that STB does not respect the full specifications of TS files. So, everything is OK now.

I have the same issue with TS files produced by my Topfield 2400 PVR.
ffmpeg reports the following:-

[NULL @ 017c6f50] start time is not set in av_estimate_timings_from_pts

and I'm guessing that this might be the reason (or one of the reasons) why my Sony KDL refuses to play them. As you've found, a quick pass through Videoredo fixes the files. I also record TV using Windows 7 MCE and a Hauppauge tuner card and I do the same to the .wtv files from this system (convert them to MPEG PS).

Now that I've got it set up, Mezzmo is working flawlessly for me.
