Some video files disappear within the list on my TV

Hi all,

yesterday night i was looking for a specific video within the list but it was not present, so i've checked directly within the folder and the file was present.

So i tried some workaround in order to include this avi file within the list without success (i've launched the db maintenance).

What i can do? Why some files are included and others not?

Hi Freeman,

Possibly, Mezzmo could not read that particular file since it is badly encoded/corrupted. Click 'Add To Library' -> 'Add Files' and select the AVI file. Next go to the 'Recently Added' playlist under 'Videos' and see if you can see it. If not, then type the name of the file into the Quick Search toolbar edit box at the top right of Mezzmo and press Enter. Do you see the file listed under Search Results?
