Mp4 and LG smart TV

Having a strange problem with streaming MP4 files which are probably MKV's not sure. They are from Yify and play on my TV but the video lags the audio. Plays awesome on PC but only streaming to TV is issue?

The video file(s) could be badly encoded and your TV's firmware may not be able to decode & play them correctly (even though your media player on your PC can).
