Hi,

Since the last software update my Panasonic TV has stopped recognising files from Mezzmo.

The TV allows me to connect to the Mezzmo and to browse through the video files stored on my pc. When I try to play a file, however, I get an error of "unsupported file type" or "cannot play file".

Bubble UpnP works fine on my Android phone with this version.

On Mezzmo it no longer lists my Viera TV as being connected when I click on "Media Devices", even when I press refresh.

Any suggestions as to what is wrong? Everything was fine until the update to 4.0.6.0

Thanks

-Scott

Hi Scott,

There have been no major changes to Panasonic Viera device profiles for Mezzmo v4.0.6.0. Go to the Media Device dialog and check your device profile for your Viera TV. If that looks OK, then it's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to your Mezzmo server from your TV and reproduce the errors you are getting when trying to stream files. Then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
