I just bought a new Samsung Smart TV (2014 model) UA32H6300AWXXY.
I have registered it as a Samsung H with my mezzmo server.
When ever I play any videos from my mezzmo server, after a random amount of time (usually about 15 mins) the TV stops the play back and displays a error message stating the video format is unrecognised. If I exit the video and re-enter I can fast forward to just before the trouble spot and play the video without issue. Sometimes the video halts a second time at another point in the video.

It could be my new TV is faulty, but has anyone else seen this issue?

I have used mezzmo for 3 years with an older model D Samsung with no issues. (I currently dont have access to the model D so I can't test if this problem is related to a new version of mezzmo or the new TV)

It's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Start streaming the video to your TV and when it stops playback, then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

I finally discovered the cause of the problem (on a Samsung service site) The Samsung Smart TV (2014 model) UA32H6300AWXXY has a (now) known problem with its Ethernet card.
The card is known to fault and reset randomly on use.

The only solution is to buy another model or brand.
