Hi!! i just recompressed some videos, because the problem was that in my sony bluray i can see some videos (sony bluray: DBP-S390) here is the info for example of one video that i cant see:

THIS VIDEO runs very nice on the SONY BLURAY but in the SAMSUNG bluray i even can't see files in that folder

any idea of how i can solve it?

SONY: SONY-BDP, HT, SMP (2011 MODELS)

SAMSUNG: SAMSUNG b COMPATIBLE

Try pre-transcoding the videos and see if they play. Right-click on the video and click 'Pre-transcode Files'. On the Pre-transcode Files dialog, select your device and click 'Choose Formats'. On the Transcoding Formats dialog select the bolded format and select the 'Force full transcode of all channels' checkbox. Click OK and then select the 'Pre-transcode files even if they match the device's supported formats' checkbox. Click OK and wait until the file has been transcoded. Then try streaming it to your device.
