If I rip a DVD to hard disk, is there any way that Mezzmo (or my streaming device)can "see" the DVD as one entity with a menu etc...? It appears all I can play is individual .VOB files.

If I rip the DVD to a .iso file, that that make any difference?

Mezzmo currently can't play ISOs. I believe Conceiva is looking at potential ways to implement this in a future version.

Best way to play ripped DVDs currently is to transcode them into a single file (or at least join all VOBs together).

I'm using Handbrake, using the High Profile default settings. Turns a DVD movie into a 1gig or so mp4. Works great streaming to my Sony BDP.
