TV series and mezzmo 4

In mezzmo 3 all my TV series showed up under the folder aptly named tv series. Now I have just added 1TB of tv series to mezzmo 4 but I cannot find them anyway. Any ideas as to where they would be located.

Under the Videos playlist, you should see a TV series playlist and this is where your TV shows are added. Videos are added into the TV series playlist if they have a Category value of "TV show" and have a valid season and episode value. The category, season and episode values get set when you add your files into Mezzmo or maintain them using Maintain Library. Mezzmo collects TV show information from external metadata files (.XML, .NFO, .TGMD, etc.) or from online TV show web sites. You can control hwo Mezzmo collects metadata using the Metadata Retrieval Settings dialog (go to the Options dialog - Retrieving Metadata page and click the Metadata Retrieval Settings dialog button to access this dialog). Note: The category value of "TV show" is language dependent, so it will be a different value if you have a language other than English set under the View -> Language menu.

Paul no matter what option I select I cannot get the desired effect. The series name shows correct under tv series like Game of Thrones. Within that folder it shows Season 1,2,3 as seperate folders which is also correct, but within those folders instead of showing Episode 1, 2 etc as I have labelled them it is naming them by info from the net. Could you advise me on what fields to have populated to have the episodes tagged by the filename I gave them. I have tried using the preset filename after the presets "%Series% and %Season% but it has no effect. Thanks

Take a few screenshots and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and that may give a hint at what's going wrong. Take a screenshot of a video's Properties dialog (right-click on a video and click Properties). Take a screenshot of the global Display Titles dialog (click Tools -> Options to display the Options dialog and then click the Display Titles button). Take a screenshot of the Display Titles dialog for your playlist / folder (right-click on the playlist / folder in the tree in Mezzmo and click Properties. On the Properties dialog, click the Display Titles button).
