Mezzmo version 4060 constantly throws up a message saying not responding:(
I have had to replace my hard drive.
Since getting the WD My cloud 3 TB I have had major problems with Mezzmo not responding, which never happened before.

Is it possible that your new drive is going to sleep? If it is, then that could explain it. When Mezzmo tries to access any folders / files on that drive, then it has to wait until the drive wakes up. You can change your drive's settings to not do this. If that's not the reason, then please explain in more detail when the 'not responding' occurs. If it helps, take a screenshot of Mezzmo when it occurs and post it here or email it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

I think I may have found the answer, I originally moved the transcoded files temporary folder to my wd mycloud drive. I have now moved it back to my c drive, it has stopped having the message as often. Is there a default folder to save it to, or can it be anywhere on the c drive?
I have checked that my drive is not going to sleep as you suggested.
Thanks

You can set the transcoding folder to any drive / folder on your computer or external drives. Use the Transcoding Settings dialog to do this. Having had the transcoding folder on your external drive may have been the reason for the "not responding" messages since your external drive may have been going to sleep after a certain time on inactivity and this forced Mezzmo to wait until the drive woke up when Mezzmo was trying to access the transcoding folder. As mentioned, you can usually change the 'sleep/inactivity' settings for your external drives.
