Hi,
I have been using Mezzmo for a couple of years now with no problem, but a couple of weeks ago it stopped playing any audio or video files. A lot of these are the same files that have been playing okay for ages.
I have tried deleting Mezzmo and re-installing, but have the same problem still.
My TV is a Samsung LE46C750, Windows PC running Windows 8.1.
But, as I said all was fine until a couple of weeks ago.
I attach my log files.
Many thanks.

You're missing the logs for Mezzmo server. Turn logging back on in Mezzmo and restart your Mezzmo server. Now reproduce the problem (i.e. connect to Mezzmo from your TV and try to stream a few files). When streaming fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Hi Adrian,

Thanks for the logs. I can see that several devices have the same IP address (your TV and router) and this is causing the problems. Try this:

Stop your Mezzmo server.
Go to the Media Devices dialog and delete all devices.
Start your Mezzmo server and wait a few minutes.
Go back to the Media Devices dialog and check that your devices are re-listed. Check that your TV (LE46C750) is listed with a valid IP address (i.e. not 0.0.0.0) and check that no devices have the same IP address. If they do, then you have a device IP address on your home network. You will need to go to the settings for each device that have a conflicting IP address and set a unique static IP address for them. On your TV, you will do this using your TV's remote control via the Settings menu. For your router, you will do this via a web browser.

OK - glad you got your devices sort now.
