I'm running Mezzmo 4.0.6.0. and I'm using Mezzmo to transcode on the fly some DVD ISOs that I have for viewing on my XBox 360. Whenever I fast forward the file on the XBox 360 and then try to play it the file starts at the beginning instead of the position I fast forwarded to. My media server has a MSI FM2-A85XA-G65 motherboard, AMD A10-5800k CPU, 8 GB memory, 2 IBM M1015 HBAs flashed to LSI 9220 firmware running Windows 7 x64. I have a 500 GB SATA 1 hard drive with 250 GB dedicated to the transcoding buffer

Hi,
for the XBox 360 Mezzmo uses mpegts as a transcoding container so that mpeg2video and ac3 audio are supported and this allows remuxing of DVDs and other mpeg files and also the support for surround sound. The XBox 360 does not handle fast forward, rewind or pause on mpegts well and just starts playing from the start of the file when resuming playback. To use fast forward and rewind or pause you will need to pre-transcode http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6025-Tutorial-Pre-transcoding-Files to avi or mp4 and then these functions will work correctly.
