System Task Getting Video Artwork Files Remaining

I'm having a problem with System Task Getting Video Artwork Files Remaining. Now it's not getting the Video Artwork for new Videos added. All my videos are all tagged with artwork. please help

also when i maintain library it just adds to the Video files remaining

It's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Exit Mezzmo app and then restart it. Wait 5 minutes or so, and then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
