I have transferred my Movie and TV-series collection from my NAS to a PC running Mezzmo, now the videos are presented in a strange way.
All but one episode of a Tv-series are indicated as jpg and I cannot reproduce them and it list only one audio track while playing the only one working, but it let chose between the four different subtitle.
All these files played fine in my iomega DLNA enabled NAS.

I have a Panasonic Viera TX-P42VT20 and using the Panasonic Viera profile 2011 that was choose n by the software at the beginning change to 2009 did nothing.

Update: this problem happen to all my 3D SBS mkv and happen nothing changing the properties.

Here are the FFmpeg properties of a not working file:

Another user that has aTV very similar to mine GT20 instead of VT20 (http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6163-Mezzmo-shows-movies-as-jpg), buy I don't see any suggestion do you need my lo to?

The two MKV files look much the same so it's strange why one plays and another does not. The Panasonic Viera 2011 models device profile will stream these files directly to your TV (no transcoding), so if your TV does not play some of these files, then either the files's encoding is bad or your TV's firmware cannot decode and play them. One workaround is to pre-transcode these files to another format. See this FAQ to pre-transcode files - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6025-Tutorial-Pre-transcoding-Files. Another workaround is to choose the Panasonic Viera 2099 models device profile. This will auto transcode your MKV files to a compatible format.

These files are played fine if I use the DLNA server of my NAS only if I want to access them through mezzmo are not played and even if are streamed directly to the TV if I use my NAS I can choose the language while I cannot with Mezzmo.

Understand. Email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll provide an updated device profile.
