Hello.
Few year ago when I both LG TV i have problems with polish subtitles. I write about it there: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/5649-Subtitles-problem-after-upgrade-Mezzmo-to-v3?p=21515#post21515. Of course Conceiva team support me very fast - make some changes on new update mezzmo and everything works.

Now i have problem with other new tv.
Also LG but model is from 2014: 55LB870V
Situation is the same like on my old LG ... i download SRT with polish signs, code ANSI, import to mezzmo library, everything looks fine... on "check subtitle panel" on mezzmo i see this polish signs but when i start on TV there is problem and polish signs are not displayed correctly.

Of course i try with other code UTF-8 i change on mezzmo to 8859-2, Windows 1250 and others - without result.
Can you help me with this?
Thanks.

Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click Properties. On the Properties dialog, go to the Subtitles tab and select the subtitles listed there. Click the Subtitle Settings button to preview the subtitles. Move the slider on the Subtitle Settings dialog to scan through the subtitles. Choose a codepage that makes the subtitles display correctly. Save your changes. Next, go to the Transcoding tab and delete any transcoded files listed there. Now try streaming the video again.

If still no success, then turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Now stream the video to your TV. When the subtitles display in the wrong way, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. In your email, also include the SRT file and the FFmpeg information for the video. Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
