Hi, I seem to be unable to reply to your support emails at the moment (problem at my end), but my ticket number is 27669.

I have uploaded my log file to here - https://www.dropbox.com/s/jwxurdc4taexya4/2014-09-30-08-08-11-MezzmoMediaService.zip?dl=0

The original email text is below:

Hi Ben,
There are sometimes differences in the file support for a device when playing files via USB as opposed to DLNA, some devices support more formats via USB than DLNA. It can also be due to the mimetype used by Mezzmo in delivering the file and also whether Mezzmo can access the file. Some devices report the message that the file is corrupt or unsupported if Mezzmo cannot open the file on disk either due to permissions or if the file has been moved and it can no longer be found. To determine if there is a problem with Mezzmo opening the file you can enable diagnostic logging http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging then after restarting your Mezzmo media server try to play one of the files that reports this error then send us the logs so we can investigate.

Best regards

Peter

Hi,

I am getting a message come up on my TV when streaming seemingly random files to it, ?his file is corrupt or unsupported? But the thing I can? work out, is if I copy these AVI or MP4 etc. to a thumb drive, and play on either the TV or DVD via the USB thumb drive they play perfectly.

Is there something obvious I am not setting up correctly? Any tips or tricks?

Cheers

Thanks for your time

Paul
