Problem with HUMAX TN 5050 HDR AV satellite receiver

I have just installed mezzmo. Before I used Koorarroo. I have a problem with my receiver which is a Humax brand used in france to receive staellite TV canal+ (HUMAX TN 5050 HDR AV satellite receiver).
If I use Humax PVR as profile I can read everything: avi xvid mkv mp4 BR build with vegas pro... but I cannot use the "fast-forward" with any file. If I use Humax HDR 1010 profile, I read most of files (as did koorarroo), but not mkv, mp4, and others, but I can use the "fast-forward".
Do you think I can do something to have best of two profiles?

Yes - just email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll tweak the device profile for you. In your email, please provide the FFmpeg information for files that have playback problems. To do this, right-click on a file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
