Hi,
Encoding speed is slow, and reduced the slide bar,
but it still remains slow. What should I do now?

Can I change the fastest parameter ffmpeg?

Transcoding will be slow if your original file is large - i.e. has a high resolution (e.g. 1080p) and has a high video bitrate (e.g. > 10Mb/s). Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Post that here or email it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. Also, let us know what device (including model number) you are streaming to and the device profile that is currently assigned to your device in the Media Devices dialog.
