Hi Roger,

We'll need to know the following:

The DLNA device (incl. model number) you are steaming to.
The device profile assigned to your device in the Media Devices dialog.
The FFmpeg information for one of the AAC files that does not play. Right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.

Try this: Go to the Media Devices dialog and edit your WD TV Live device. On the Device Settings dialog, go to the Transcoding tab and turn off transcoding. Save your changes. Next, right-click on the MP4 file and click Properties. On the Properties dialog, go to the Transcoding tab and delete any transcoded files listed there. Now try streaming the MP4 file to your WD TV Live. This time, Mezzmo server will stream it directly to your device without transcoding it. Let us know if it plays OK. If it does, then email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll provide an update device profile to try.

Paul,
That didn't fix it. I tried about 5 other AAC files and about half of them played. But , an old problem has came back that had forced to downgrade the WD firmware: When I switch to another movie, all I get is the WD spinning wheel, until I reboot the WD. Any ideas? Dolby Digital surround is my choice on everything. I noticed there use to be WD Generation 3 on your device profiles but I can't find it now. I know a lot of things but at one time I had everything working fine.
Thanks,
Roger
