View Full Version : New video download not showing up on TV

I downloaded a couple of new TV show episodes and saved them in the folder that I have other shows in. These 2 episodes show and play OK on my computer and within the Mezzmo app, but don't show up when I browse this folder from my TV.

I notice when I look at the file properties when in the Mezzmo app that I see an Audio tab, where the other shows that play fine on my TV show a Video tab. It looks like these 2 episodes are some how registered as audio, not video. Is that possible? Any suggestions on how to get the episodes to appear on the TV?

Thanks.

Right-click on the videos in question and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Post that here or email it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

I found that if I browsed music files on my TV, that they showed up there and I could play them, but only the sound came through.

Here's the FFmpeg Information

Thanks for the information. The FFmpeg information looks OK (i.e. Mezzmo should detect them as video files), so there's something strange going on in Mezzmo when you add these files. We'd like to fix the problem, but we'll need one of the files to test with. Can you upload one of them to a filesharing site such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, mega.co.nz, etc.? Email us the download link to support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll test it here and fix the problem.
