Turn off ALL language Rules. Where?

I own 6 copies of Mezzmo.... I like it.... but, it is getting to the point where finding something is just confusing. I turn off 99% of the stuff in Mezzmo... I just want a simple media server that doesn't have all the bells and whistles. I name my files manually EXACTLY the way I want them For Example, GracePoint_1x01_(Broadchurch_US)_Pilot, which now is displayed Gracepoint_1x01_(broadchurch_Us). If an episode title says ABC then it's now Abc. Where do I turn off the language rules please?

You can use the Display Titles feature to set the titles for your files to whatever you like.
