I have a Samsung BD H5100 Bluray player which I use to view DVD ISOs with on the fly transcoding. I'm using the Samsung BDP (2013 models) profile as was suggested in an eariler post. But when I try to stop/resume on the videos I get sent back to the beginning of the video. Same happens with FF/RW. Can this be fixed?

Whilst the video is transcoding on-the-fly, some devices (like your Samsung BDP) don't let you FF/REW or pause. The reason is your device's firmware wants to know the file length of the file (which is unknown since the file is being transcoded/created at the moment) and/or your device's firmware wants to try to FF/REW to part of the transcoding file that has not yet been created.

To fix this, you can pre-transcode your video in Mezzmo and then you will have access to FF/REW and pause on your device. To pre-transcode a file, see this FAQ - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6025-Tutorial-Pre-transcoding-Files.
