Artwork suddenly not seen by WDTV Live

Hi Everyone,

Updated to Mezzmo V4.1.3 recently and both my WDTV live boxes suddenly aren't getting the artwork for the Video files. I've restored the DB, I've check the 'new' folder called Poster that contains all the artwork, I've recopied the original artwork DB from prior to the upgrade (somehow the Poster file suddenly had blown up to 120,000 jpgs), I've selected each of the WD TV profiles for playback, I've played with about every option I can think of .... no love. Up until this last version WDTV live had no issues with displaying the Video Art.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Marc,

It's best we see a set of logs and that may show what's going wrong. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Exit Mezzmo (Windows) app and start it again. Right-click on a video in Mezzmo and click Properties. Do you see your poster artwork in the Properties dialog? Next, connect to Mezzmo server form your WD TV Live and try browsing various folders/playlists. When you see no artwork for your files on your WD TV Live, then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com for analysis.
