Hello Support Team,

I tried to stream a 3D ISO movie over DLNA to my Samsung 3D TV.
The problem is that mezzmo shows me from the ISO File I have added to my Bibliothek just a movie with a lenght of about one minute, the intro, not more.
I have tried more ISO files but it is always the same problem.
How must I prepare a 3D film to stream it Side by Side to my TV?
I can change a movie from 2D to 3D (Side by Side, Up Down) in the properties, but I can do this by every movie, not just by 3D movies.

Thank you very much!

Best regards

Hi Zündapp,

Mezzmo reads your ISO file and finds the various videos within it. It should find the main movie(s) or TV show(s) and add them to your Mezzmo library. If it is only adding a 1 minute intro video, then it is having trouble reading your particular ISO files. Can you upload one of them to a filesharing site such as Google Drive, Dropbox, mega.co.nz, etc. and email the download link to support [at] conceiva [dot] com? We will test it here and fix the problem.

To change a set of video files from 2D to 3D in Mezzmo, you can select them all all using the CTRL or SHIFT key with your mouse and then right-click on one of them and click Properties. On the Properties dialog, change 2D to 3D and this will be saved for all selected files. See this FAQ - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6036-Tutorial-How-to-stream-3D-video-to-your-devices

Hello Paul,

the 40 GB .ISO file is unfortunately to big for my internet connection, sry!
Do you have a test movie which I can try?
How can I test it in another way?

Thank you very much!

One thing you can do is to email us all the files & sub-folders in the ISO except for the large m2ts video files. This should zip to a small size.
