update to ffmpeg!

There seems to be an update for ffmpeg but I am not sure how to install it for mezzmo and I thought to post here first. Check the builds here:

There can be some problems with manually upgraded ffmpeg - its different versions can use different command line options, and since then - it is possible, that Mezzmo, after such upgrade, will stop transcoding ...

The ffmpeg.exe builds (32-bit ad 64-bit) that ships with Mezzmo do have a few enhancements (mostly for burning subtitles) and both have been tested extensively with the Mezzmo version you are running. Newer ffmpeg.exe builds can have changed parameters and/or operation and that can cause major problems when transcoding in Mezzmo - so we do not recommend updating it. In general, you will not find any major reasons/benefits to update to newer versions of ffmpeg.exe.
