Hello.
I Use mezzmo since 4.0.6.0, now latest 4.1.3.0.
I transcoded all the files under two devices.
But some time ago, all transcoding data of each film disappeared.

Before, in film "properties" -> "transcoding" tab i have seen two lines for both devices. Now neither film is not transcoded for any device.

Mezzmo "transcoding settings" show transcoding folder size - 679,15GB
I also see mezzmo files in folder by windows explorer.
But it seems these files are not connected to the files in the media library.

I do not know exactly when they're gone, perhaps after an update.

Retranscoding will take a week. How can i restore transcoded data without total retranscoding?

Sorry for bad english.

One reason for transcoded files getting disconnected is if your transcoded folder is on an external drive and this external drive is switched off or is disconnected from your PC. Mezzmo will try to access the transcoded file(s) and if they are unreachable, then the disconnection takes place.

Currently, there's no method to re-connect your transcoded files - so you will have to re-transcode them. Sorry :(.

We've had a few reports of this issue and we think we have fixed one possible bug in Mezzmo where your transcoded files could get wrongly disconnected from your original files. We can supply a patch with this fix - email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
