Try the 'Samsung BDP (2013 models)' device profile. If no success, let us know and we'll help further.

i changed profile not working yet was wondering if it takes a little while , did notice that thumbnails seem to work on the "Audio" part , not the movies. Perhaps a port i need to open . I am running Mezzmo on WHS2011 fyi

If you see lists of files and thumbnails from Mezzmo server on your Samsung BDP, then your ports are fine (i.e. data is getting through).

It's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo server from your Samsung BDP and browse some folders/playlists and try to play a few files. Then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Try uploading the logs to a filesharing site like Google Drive, Dropbox, mega.co.nz, etc. and email us the download link.

I also have trouble with the Samsung BD-H5900 showing no pictures, videos, with multiple device profile attempts. However the file structure was accurate when viewing from the blu-ray. Was there any resolution?

If you are seeing your folders but no files on your Samsung BDP, then it could be due to access permissions where Mezzmo server (running as a Windows service under the Windows Local System Account) cannot access your files on your NAS or external computer. See this FAQ to fix this - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/4597-FAQ-Accessing-files-from-external-computers-and-NAS-drives-on-your-home-network.

If that does not help, then it's best we see a set of logs and we'll know what's going wrong. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Reproduce the problem on your Samsung BDP and then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Maybe your player is set to display video that your TV can't handle. If you can access the player menu screens somehow, check to see if it is set to PAL instead of NTSC. Check Samsung Bd-f5900 (http://guideusermanual.com/product-name-bd-f5900-manual&po=38367&lang=English) Manual for more help and details.
