We have had some success running Mezzmo in a Linux environment with the latest Wine releases.
To run Mezzmo on Linux you will need to install Wine by opening a terminal and using the command ‘sudo apt-get install wine1.6-i386’.
Once this completes, you can run the Mezzmo installer to install Mezzmo.
If the desktop icon was not created, go to $HOME/.wine/drive_c and find the Mezzmo install folder to run it.

Mezzmo runs and the server starts and you can stream files just like when it is running under Windows :).
