If you wish to stream files from other computers, then you need to make sure that Mezzmo server (running as as a Windows service under the Windows Local System account) has access to these computers. See this FAQ - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/4597-FAQ-Accessing-files-from-external-computers-and-NAS-drives-on-your-home-network.

Are the files you are streaming from Mezzmo located on the same computer as Mezzmo is installed?

Yes, they are.

Yes, they are.

OK - I think I understand now. You would like to stream these videos to other PCs or tablets in your home. Correct? If yes, then on your other PCs, you need to install a media player that can connect to and stream from Mezzmo server. We recommend XBMC/Kodi. For your tablet, if it is Android-based, then we recommend the combination of Mezzmo Android app + MX Player app. Download and install these from Google Play. If your tablet is iOS, then try Air Player, Media Connect, Player Xtreme HD or ArcMC apps.

Before installing mezzmo on my pc I could transfer files or wacht video from one pc to onther one for free. Now I would buy Mezzmo for every tablet in my house or I would install mezzmo in every pc? It is crazy!
I've alredy bought it for my tablet but I don't think to buy it for other tablet in my house.

You only need one copy of Mezzmo (Windows) installed on one PC in your home. Then you add your folders from that PC and shared folders from other PCs into your Mezzmo library. Once you buy your Mezzmo (Android) app, then you can use it on your multiple Android devices in your home (assuming you are using the same account for Google Play store on each tablet).

When you run Mezzmo server, by default, it runs as a Windows service under the Windows Local System account (not your Windows login account). So it may not be able to access your shared folders depending on the shared permissions you gave these folders. See this FAQ to fix this - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/4597-FAQ-Accessing-files-from-external-computers-and-NAS-drives-on-your-home-network

I saw the FAQ but I don't understand this :" Enter the user names and passwords that provide access to your external NAS drives and computers". I don't know which are username and password. How can I find them?

Do your external computers or NAS have user names and passwords to access them? If not, then you will not need to enter them.

I suggest you change the properties of the Mezzmo server (Windows service) from running under Local System account to use your Windows user account that you use to log into your computer. These instructions are in the FAQ.
