(sorry about the "mezzme" at the title, cannot edit anymore)

Hi to everyone I just downloaded mezzmo (previous Plex user :)

My issue is really straightforward

When my TV connects to mezzmo the media server recognizes the TV as a playstation 3, also the model of the TV is not included under media devices.
When I try to access mezzmo from my TV some categories show data others don't and every time I try to play a movie it says File not Found.

My TV is a Bravia XBR65X900A 2013 65" 4K model

I would really appreciate any help guys
Thanks in advance

I’m still on an older version of Mezzmo, and I have a Sony XBR55X900B, so this might not apply: for me, the profile "Sony Bravia KDL (MP4)" did the trick.

Thanks for your quick reply

I also tried that profile and same thing happened,

My problem is not with the profile itself, The issue is that I get an error stating "File not found" every time I try to open a clip
The thing is I have all my media on my NAS and I tried creating the Mezzmo library using the smb protocol and It finds the media correctly but,
it seems that somehow it's not able to send it correctly to the TV

I tried copying some media to the PC running mezzmo and it works fine

Any ideas???

The problem is most likely related to access permissions where Mezzmo server (running as a Windows service on your computer under the Windows Local System account) is not able to access these files on your NAS.
