View Full Version : Mezzmo problems, Roku Stick, 360 and media player cannot play

Hey,
I cannot play from any device using DLNA, first of all through folders view i cannot see any videos, when i search through all video files it comes up with a error messages, mixture of unsupported, file corrupted, cannot play, if i can i will get more information from mezzmo please tell me how, i have had mezzmo for 2 years and worked with a really old version but feb last year it has not worked. is there a way to get logs?

We'll get you up and running. It's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Now connect to Mezzmo server from your device(s) and try to browse and play some files. When this fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
