Site explorer out of control

Is there any way to disable the feature that causes the site explorer to immediately load and begin scanning when I highlight an entry in the explorer? While trying to clean out this list, I have to wait for it to load the site and usually expand/scroll the tree before I can go back and remove the item. I'd rather have to double click in order to load a URL.

Hi Fletch,
there is currently no way to disable this. You can right-click on an item to remove it and this will remove the item without loading the entry.

Maybe that's my problem, I think I was left clicking first then right clicking before it was finished loading/expanding.

Ever thought about adding a date folder in that tree view? So URL's I visited months ago are not mixed in with those I'm exploring today.
