The problem with the repository, add a folder to the library, playlist appears in the folder Mezzmo, but when watching on TV the folder is empty. There is no problem if you do the same with the folder from the computer where you installed the software . 2 problem with the repository to create a playlist, create a playlist, but her films do not work. How to make it work?

If you do not see your files listed on your TV, then the problem could be due to access permissions where Mezzmo server (running as a Windows service on your computer under the Windows Local System user account) cannot access the files on your NAS. If you do not see your files listed on your TV, then the problem could be due to access permissions where Mezzmo server (running as a Windows service on your computer under the Windows Local System user account) cannot access the files on your NAS. If no success, then it's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo server from your device and try to list your files to reproduce the problem. When you do not see files listed, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

I had Mezzmo on a windows10 machine with local storage (4TB RAID 1 cluster built as volume E:). I added a WD EX4100 NAS to the network and copied all the video media to it, then removed the local drives. I mapped this share( public - no password) as drive E: on the same machine. Should have been transparent to the library. Everything was visible to the machine running Mezzmo and DLNA clients could see the server but none of them could see any media.

I tried the changes with credentials and passwords for the Mezzmo local server but still no joy.

Nuked the library, reset the security to the way it was previously, then rebuilt the library. Obviously Mezzmo could see all the content on the NAS to rebuild the library.

Once again the DLNA clients could see the Mezzmo server and playlists but not the media itself. I moved some media back and added it to the library and this media could be seen by the DLNA clients.

I downloaded Playon and UMS to the same computer and installed them. All the DLNA clients could see these media servers ALL the media on the NAS.

Why is it that Playon and UMS have no problem with a NAS but nothing i do can fix Mezzmo??

Feeling kind of burned that I just spent $30 on Mezzmo and it doesn't work.

The issue will most likely be related to access permissions. We'll know more if we can get a set of logs from you. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Now try to browse an play your media files on your DLNA clients. When that fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
