View Full Version : Smart Playlist on Mezzmo App not displaying correctly

I've built a TV Show playlist sorted by "Track / Episode Ascending". Order is correct when viewing on computer or my PS3 however when viewing from the Mezzmo App the shows do not display in order. They jump around. This is happening on my HTC M8 and Nexus 7 tablet. Any ideas?

That does seem strange. Mezzmo (Android) app lists the files in a playlist/folder exactly how they are delivered from Mezzmo server. Try exiting Mezzmo (Android) app and start it again to see if that helps. If no change, take a few screenshots of Mezzmo (Android) app and Mezzmo (Windows) app and post them here or email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com so we can see the problem you are experiencing.

Ok so I thought the order was messed up only on Mezzmo App since that is all I use to watch stuff on the XBox One however, I just looked and it seems all devices show the order messed up. I just picked this TV Show as example but all folder are out of order on the devices.

Thanks for the screenshots. We cannot reproduce the problem here so it's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Now connect to Mezzmo server from any of your devices or Mezzmo (Android) app and browse to this folder so you can see the wrongly ordered files. Then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Thanks for the logs. We found the issue and have fixed it. The fix will be included in the upcoming Mezzmo v5.0 - or you can email us now at support [at] conceiva [dot] com for a v4.1.3.x patch to try.
