View Full Version : Drop Window not displayed.

When I activate the drop window it is not displayed on the screen. Everything would indicate it is active, the icon background changes both in the menu & toolbar and I don't receive any errors.

I suspect the issue is that I last used the Drop Window in a 4 monitor setup and now using a single monitor it is simply positioned off the screen. Is there a method to reset the position of the Drop Window or are there any other suggestions which may fix this issue.

I'm using Windows 7 x64 & Download Studio

You can use Windows Registry Editor to reset the Drop window location.

Exit DownloadStudio using File/Exit menu item.
From the Windows Start menu, type "regedit.exe" and press Enter key to start Windows Registry Editor. Warning: If you have not used this tool before, be careful. I suggest you make a backup of your registry before making any changes by using the File/Export menu item in Registry Editor.
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Conceiva\DownloadStudio \General folder and delete the following 2 entries:

Close Registry Editor and start DownloadStudio. Your Drop window should be back to the default position.
