I am using on one PC Mezzmo and on a different PC Mezzmo.
It seems that there is a conflict between these.
If the Mezzmo-Server is running then I cannot access the Mediamonkey- Server on my TVs.
The DLNA-Ports are Different. Mezzmo uses in my installation Port 53168, teh two Mediamonkey-Servers use Port 45713 and 54254.
If I stopp the Mezzmo-Server then I can access the Mediamonkey-Servers. What could it b?
Are there also other Ports used in Mezzmo ?

That's a strange result. You should be able to have multiple media servers on the one PC or on multiple PCs in your home and you devices should see them all. Does this problem only happen with your TVs? i.e. can you see all media servers listed on other devices in your home such as your tablet, smartphone, games console, Blu-ray player, etc.? As a test, if you have an Android smartphone or tablet, then install our Mezzmo (Android) app onto it and it will list all media servers from your home network. Get Mezzmo (Android) app from Google Play store.

Hmm that is rearly strange, I changed nohing in the meantime but now I can see both DLNA-Server. So close this case. I keep an eye on it in the future and see if it will happen again.
