I am streaming 1080p video files to my Sharp lc70sq15u from my PC through a wired connection. Every movie I try(5 or 6 so far) to stream will play fine, with quality audio and video. However, normally about half way through it will just stop and move to the next video in the playlist.

It's not always in the exact same location and if I skip far enough ahead the video will finish. This leads me to believe it's not the file.

After searching a bit I've noticed others with this problem but haven't seen any solutions.

I'm running Mezzmo version 4.1.3.0 through a wired connection to a Sharp LC70SQ15U. The DLNA profile I'm using is Sharp Aquos(2014 models).

It's best we see a set of logs and that will help us understand what's going wrong. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Reproduce the streaming problem and when it occurs, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com (or upload them to a filesharing site like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, mega.co.nz, etc. and email us the download link).

I emailed the log to support last night. The log was created as per the instructions in the linked thread.

I haven't heard back yet but I hope they can get it sorted.

Either way, thanks for the reply.

We have not received your logs yet :(. Please upload the zipped logs to a filesharing site like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, mega.co.nz, etc. and email the download link to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

The first email I tried to send had the logs as an attachment. That may be why it never went through. I've just resent the message but with a link to the logs hosted on mega.co.nz.
