Issues Streaming to Xbox One

I've noticed this issue with two separate files now. What happens is that the video will stream well, no stuttering, sound is fine, but the image shifts left and right constantly. There is also a little green 'bar' in the lower right of the screen, probably about 10% of the length of the screen.

Any suggestions? The video file tonight was an mkv I made that was transcoding.

If the file was being transcoded, it could be that the transcoded file could not be decoded & played well by the Xbox One firmware. We have an updated Xbox One device profile available, so please email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and you can try that to see if it performs better.
