Mezzmo wont play an MP4 file with this FFmpeh info:

So what files can't it play, im confused?

What device are you streaming the file to (and what device profile as per the Media Devices dialog) are you using?

Streaming to an Xbox 360 and the profile is set as that.

Looking at the file in the mezzmo window, it doesnt make a thumbnail for it (I also cant play it directly on that computer that mezzmo is running on) so its not really the xbox.

I've now sent 2 emails with no reply.

Im also have a laggy sound issue on my xbox with this file..

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We have quite a few inquiries at the moment, so there has been backlog to get through.

We are now working on improving our Xbox device profile and hopefully we can provide you with some improvements tomorrow. Thanks for your patience.
