Stopping playlists from loading

I don't use playlists at all. In fact I only use Mezzmo to stream movies. However. when I start the programme, there is a considerable pause while it states that it is loading playlists. So I assume there is some default setting happening. Is there any setting where I can stop this, or is it a necessary part of loading the programme?

The long loading time when you start Mezzmo (Windows) app may be an issue with your particular Mezzmo library setup. We think we have fixed this issue for the upcoming Mezzmo v5.0, which will be a free upgrade for all registered users. In the meantime, you can email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and you can try a patch that contains all the latest fixes for the current Mezzmo v4.1.3.0.
