Mezzmo is doing a wonderful job of transcoding on the fly for me.

I currently use the android app to stream to my xbox one. Works like a charm for the most part.

Every once in awhile, i'll choose a file to watch and it will play for about 20 seconds and just stop.

I'll check mezzmo on the pc and it will show that file as server transcoding. Even if i let the server transcoding finish, it still won't play that file. I have to stop that process and then pre-transcode that particular file.

Why is it doing this for some files? It's rare, but it happens.

Can you capture a set of logs when this occurs? Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Now use Mezzmo until the problem is reproduced. Once reproduced, then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com - or upload them to a filesharing site like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, mega.co.nz, etc. and email us the download link.
