Random incorrect resolution

Some of my movies are broken into 3 or 4 files as commond with dvds. When I play the files some will display in a full or wide as they're supposed to. While other from the same movie will show with black bars both on top and the sides. Files are from the same movies but different segments. Under windows properties and mezzmo properties the files are 100% identical except the name of course. Even the thumbnail created shows up with top and bottom black bars.

Any suggestions?

Can you please post FFmpeg information (in Mezzmo right-click on the file and use the "Get FFmpeg Information" command) about two files that should be the same, but display differently?
