MKV to PS4 not working

I have the PS4 preset that you sent me.It works when I wrap the file in m2ts but not mkv, I just get "cannot play media"
The same mkv file works on my DNLA Sony TV

More information at hand. It seems only to be for DVD's that this happens. ie. MKV on PS4 works when source was Blu-ray.

Please post the FFmpeg information for a video that plays OK and for a video that does not play OK on your PS4. To do this, right-click on the video and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
