The reason may be that the folder permissions are not letting Mezzmo server access it. Mezzmo server runs as a Windows service on your computer under the Windows Local System account (not your Windows user account). Check this FAQ for an explanation & solution - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/4597-FAQ-Accessing-files-from-external-computers-and-NAS-drives-on-your-home-network.

If that does not help, then let us know and we'll help out.

this is not the issue
this new folder is on the same drive as all the other folders that work with no problem
all the videos are on the same drive and in the same computer as mezzmo is install. nothing is connected shared or by NAS
I have a folder called 2015 and a folder with my last name I see both the folder in mezzmo program and on my tvs but the folder with my last name is empty on both spots
if I copy any file out and put it in 2015 it works and reads fine

There's no folder limit in Mezzmo.

It's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Run Mezzmo (Windows) app and then browse into the two folders you mention. Then start your Mezzmo server and, on your TVs, browse into the folders. When both fail to show files in one of the folders, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
