I was having problems with my Mezzmo database and performance after performing maintenance and letting it delete files for movies that no longer existed. Things were taking 10 to 15 minutes to accomplish, like opening.

So I reset the database and restored to a backup from prior to performing that maintenance. Everything is nice and fast now...

The problem is that it appears that none of the artwork got backed up. All of the artwork that was associated with my movies, if it exits, isn't being applied. I, literally, have hundreds of movies. This is a huge problem to manually re-create.

Is there some way to fix this without having to go and re-download each and every piece of artwork?

The problems around the database, performance issues, and artwork are really beginning to frustrate me.

Sorry for the problems. Email us a set of logs and we'll see what's going wrong. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Run Mezzmo (Windows) app again and browse some folders/playlists where artwork is missing. Then stop your Mezzmo server (if running) and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

I'm not ignoring you. I've run into some hardware issues that I need to resolve first.

I have to completely reload my video box from scratch, and I lost my backups, so it's a moot point....hehehe I am going to have to rebuild my databases anyhow.

So, I have recreated most of my database. One odd thing I've noticed, which may be related to the issues that I had....

My Mezzmo database folder is 2.94GB, however when I back it up, the associated backup folder is about 390MB.

We did find a bug in Mezzmo v4.1.3.0 where it can be possible that your posters and backdrop artwork does not get backed up (this seems to be happening for you). We have fixed this issue for the upcoming Mezzmo v5.0. If you wish to have this fix now for your current Mezzmo version, then we can provide a patch that contains this fix for Mezzmo v4.1.3.0 - just email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com for patch details.
