Mezzmo server is not running

I can play files via my Bravia TV, but I can't do it by Mezzmo, getting error "Can't stream files(s) to device since Mezzmo server is not running. Please start your Mezzmo server and try again."
Mezzmo server is the same as Mezzmo Media Server?
I did restart Mezzmo Media Server, but I get the error again.

Go to the Media Devices dialog and check if you have denied access to the device(s) listed with the same IP address as your computer running Mezzmo (Windows) app. You will need to allow access so that Mezzmo (Windows) app can communicate with Mezzmo server.
