Newbie help - BDP-S570

Hi a newbie needs help.

1. I am using Mezzmo 15 day trial on my Vista computer
2. My media device is a Sony BDP-S570
3. My Devce Profile is Sony BDP

I can see the Mezzmo servier from the BDP/ MP3 files seem to play fine, but many others give me the file corrupt or not supported message. Isn't Mezzmo supposed to be translating the files?

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Steve,

Please go to Media Devices dialog and try one of the "Sony BDP (No DivX)" device profiles and see if that helps. If it doesn't, please send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com for an updated device profile to try.

I AM using a "Sony BDP No DivX" profile.

Please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then browse to a folder that contains one of those non-playing files and try to play it. Once it fails, please stop the server and send the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com

I already have my logs if you need me to email them.
