Mezzmo not loading on my samsung televisions

Mezzmo is not loading on my samsung televisions. I've recently upgraded to windows 10. That is the latest change I've made. But from what I've seen, others with Windows 10 are not having issues.

The Mezzmo icon shows up on the televisions, but once clicked it does not load. Any one else having issues like this out there?

It's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Now reproduce the problem on your Samsung TVs. Once reproduced, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
