Hi

Just installed Mezzmo on my media server and I can now see all of the files that are on the media server :)

Issue is that none of my music will play. I can see the listings (artist, tune etc), but when I click on a track to play there is no sound....any suggestions as to what I need to do/should have done?

Also another issue...I have a video that ~I can again see the file of on the TV but when ~I come to play it, I get a message stating that the format is not supported. Again is there something I need to do?

The ffMpeg file shows:

Hi,
It could be an issue with permissions, see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/8200-Folder-permissions (http://http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/8200-Folder-permissions)

Hi Mel,

It's best we see a set of logs & we'll know what the problem is. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Now connect to Mezzmo server from your TV and reproduce the "File not supported" error that you are getting. Once reproduced, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
