No renderer available in "Play to" menu

Hi, i am using Mezzmo 4.1.3.0 in Windows 10. The problem is that when i click on a file and select the "Play to" option then there is only a text "Refresh".

Note that under "Media devices" menu my TV (Samsung ES7500) is nicely listed.

Also, Windows built in Cast functionality can see the TV.

I have managed to get it to work with Mezzmo as well before but this is not easy - i need to reboot the program and TV etc..

What could be causing this issue and how to resolve?

We have improved Play To features & device detection for the upcoming Mezzmo v5.0. In the meantime, you can email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we can provide a patch that has these Play To enhancements for your current v4.1.3.0 version.
