I am getting the same exaxct error. I am trialing this software and would really like to get a resolution to this issue. Anyone?

Most likely the crash was caused by a specific file that ffmpeg was unable to process. You will have to narrow it down by only scanning a few folders at a time, until you can locate the culprit file.

ffmpeg isn't written by Conceiva (it's a third party, open sourced tool that Mezzmo uses for media analyzing/transcoding), so any bug in ffmpeg itself is out of Conceiva's control. Usually the best solution is to track down which file causes the problem, and take it out of the media library.

Please send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and we'll send a patched version of FFmpeg that doesn't crash (it won't process those files either, but won't cause an error message to come up).
